Reclamations

We want every Zavadski piece to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is incorrect, something is missing, the packaging is damaged, or the quality is not as expected, please let us know. We will get back to you within 14 days with a clear solution, such as a repair, replacement, or exchange. If our first proposal does not meet your expectations, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution that does.

Returns

Every Zavadski chandelier is crafted to order, and we hope you will love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If, however, you wish to return your order, this is possible within 14 days of delivery.

For non-custom items where the right of return applies, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. To do so, you must first contact our team at info@zavadski.biz so we can register your request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted. If the chandelier is returned without proper packaging or arrives damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value.

The standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply to bespoke or customized models. These pieces are considered personalized goods and cannot be returned once production has begun.

Before Signing for Your Delivery

Please take a moment to check the parcel for visible damage before signing for it. If the box looks broken or heavily damaged, let the courier know right away. Signing confirms the parcel arrived in good condition, and after that the transport insurance will no longer apply.
