All Zavadski chandeliers are made to order, unless otherwise stated, with sustainability in mind. This approach allows us to minimize waste and ensure that every piece is crafted with the utmost care.

Our standard production time is up to five weeks, depending on the model. Once your chandelier is manufactured, it is shipped from Austria using trusted carriers with tracking. Every chandelier is securely packed and fully insured for safe arrival.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Austria: average 2–4 business days (please allow up to 6 business days)

• European Union: average 4–8 business days (please allow up to 10 business days)

• Worldwide: average 7–14 business days (please allow up to 16 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Upon delivery, customers must carefully inspect the parcel before signing for it. If there is visible damage to the packaging or contents, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the courier immediately. Failure to do so may void the transport insurance, and we cannot be held responsible once the parcel has been signed for without remarks.

Bespoke models require personalized shipping arrangements, which we discuss individually along with other custom details.

Should your order arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
